Phayao Cultural Exhibition Hall (หอวัฒนธรรมนิทัศน์) is located near Wat Si Khom Kham. It is a building in the applied Lanna style of art using modern technology. The museum is beautifully decorated with a variety of displays of artefacts, pottery aged more than 500 years, golden umbrella aged more than 500 years, fossils of the elephant with 4 tusks aged 15 million years, significant document on the history of Phayao Province, literature and local intellect, cultures, traditions, and lifestyles of the people of Phayao. It is open daily from 8.30 a.m.-4.30 p.m. The audio description is in 4 languages; Thai, English, Mandarin, and Japanese.

Admission fee is 40 Baht per person.
